Bedding is, of course, provided but, if owners prefer, cats may bring their own bedding. They can also bring their special toys or scratching post etc. The cats are fed twice a day, unless we have special instructions, and we cater for special diets.
Cats must be vaccinated at least four weeks before their stay and we require a vaccination certificate confirming that they have been inoculated against feline Infectious Enteritis and cat flu.
Grooming is provided on request and Herdman Country Club For Cats will be happy to administer any medication which your cat requires during its stay.
If a cat should require veterinary attention during its stay, it will be taken to Moy Farm Veterinary Centre unless we have other instructions.
Cats should arrive and depart during our normal business hours unless alternative times have been agreed. A local collection and delivery service is available on request.
The charges are per cat per night with special rates for more than one cat and 'long term' residents. Accounts must be settled on departure and payment may be by cash or cheque accompanied by a current banker's card.
Our cattery is set in five acres of quiet countryside so you can be sure that your cats have a quiet and stress free time on their holiday in total peace and tranquility.
We at Herdman Country Club For Cats are fully licensed with the local authority and are also a Feline Advisory Bureau listed cattery which gives you total peace of mind whilst on your holiday.
Situated near the coast just outside Garstang in rural Lancashire, we are easilly accesible for Blackpool, Preston, Lancaster, Over Wyre and we even have regular customers from Manchester and Leeds.

Having 30 years experience in running a boarding and quarantine establishment as well as breeding and showing cats, we at Herdman Country Club For Cats can provide the care that your cats deserve.
Herdman Country Club For Cats have carefully sourced the most modern heated units for our new cattery and every effort is made to ensure that our residents enjoy their stay with us.
The units are varied in size and can hold up to four cats. One unit is designed for cats who are infirm or blind.
